Limitation of Liability

The liability of Quotient Financial Solutions, John Lightfoot CA(SA), RA his appointees, employees, agents and or representatives of Quotient Financial Solutions (“Quotient’) for any claims arising out of services provided in connection with this correspondence, contract, applicable service or instructions (“the Services”), for any reason, shall be limited to an amount equal to twice the total fees invoiced for the Services provided or, to the value of the indemnity authorised and provided by our professional insurers in respect of such claims, whichever is the lesser amount. This limitation of liability applies to all claims, whether direct or indirect, from whatever source and howsoever arising, whether in contract, delict or otherwise.

Quotient shall not be liable to any recipient of such correspondence ,cessionary or third party claiming through or on behalf of such a recipient for any damages whatsoever or for any consequential or other loss or damages, whether direct or indirect, beyond the limitation specified. This correspondence is governed by South African law and all related matters shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of South Africa.

Further thereto, whilst every care is taken to ensure the information provided is accurate, no liability is accepted or may be imputed by virtue of the provision of this information, any change in circumstances or from any use of the information for any purpose.
